Our app is free for anyone to use, offering a range of features designed to connect and empower students.

In addition to our free offerings, we may introduce certain fun features that users can choose to purchase for an enhanced experience.

While our general policy is not to offer refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience issues preventing you from using a purchased feature, such as app downtime or technical glitches, we are committed to addressing your concerns:

In the event of app downtime or technical issues that impact your ability to use a paid feature, please contact our support team within 7 days of the incident.

Review Process:

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate course of action. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed promptly. All refunds will be made within 2 days once approved. Your refund will be made to the same card you used to make the payment
